CREATIVE EXECUTION

A book has to be looked at before it is read.

Creative execution here is not decoration. It is the visible surface of everything else on this site, and it has to say the same thing the metadata says.

Most creative work for books is produced in isolation: a trailer here, a set of graphics there, a mockup ordered from a marketplace. Each piece looks acceptable and none of them agree with each other.

I make this material as one part of a larger visibility practice, which means the language in a trailer, the subtitle in a mockup, the claim on a one-sheet and the description in a listing are the same language.

Tone follows the work. A thriller and a clinical handbook should not be presented with the same visual vocabulary, and neither should be presented with a template.

WHY THIS MATTERS

A book has to be looked at before it is read. If your visual assets look amateur or disconnected, readers will assume the book is amateur too.

The Benefit: When your trailer, your mockup, your media kit, and your Amazon listing all share the same high-quality visual language, you build instant trust. Readers, journalists, and institutions take you seriously. Your book looks like a professional product, not just a file upload.

The Purpose: Creative execution is the visible surface of everything else. You can have perfect metadata, but if the cover mockup looks flat and the trailer is boring, nobody will click. We make sure the visual surface matches the quality of your writing.
